Returns Policy

To process a return, your request must be made within 30-days of receiving the item. If a return request is made after the 30-day period of receiving the item/s, then the return will be invalid.

For eligibility to return items, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase of your order. Also, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

It is easy and simple to initiate a return. All you have to do is contact us at divansandottomans@outlook.com We will review your request for a refund and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept returns of items sent back to us without requesting a return.

Damages and issues
We advise all customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If there are any issues of the item/order being defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue efficiently.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns of certain types of items such as, perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants etc.), bespoke products (special orders or personalized items etc.), and personal care goods (beauty products etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges
For an exchange of an item please contact us so you can return the unwanted item and we can replace your item. The most efficient way for an exchange would be to return your unwanted item. On the acceptance of your return, make a separate purchase for the new item you would like.

Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item and notify you if your refund was approved or not. On the approval of a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method used on the placement of your order. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund depending on your bank or credit card company.
