Delivery Policy

We provide a FREE delivery service for all our items to most areas within mainland UK.

Surcharge incurred Areas

The surcharge is incurred due to the courier's fuel costs, unfortunately which our customers will have to pay. We try to subsidise the costs for our customers as best as we can.

Please be aware a surcharge will incur to customers from the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and the following postcodes (KW, IV, AB, DD, EX, PH, PA, FK, KY, TR, TQ, PL, CT, SA, LD, & LL)

Depending on the specific product you have ordered, the surcharge costs will be varied. To attain the best possible price, please contact us at the time of placing your order.

Delivery Times

For ready-made or flat packed items, our standard delivery timeframe is 7 to 10 working days. However, the lead time is 10-15 working days, for all Bespoke/Made to Order items. Deliveries can be delayed due to external factors and unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.

Deliveries to Ireland may take an additional 7-12 working days on top of our regular delivery times.

Our Deliveries are arranged between Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. To accommodate you schedule, we can also provide weekend delivery if required. Please note that an additional delivery charge may apply for weekend or special delivery requests.

We will provide you with a confirmation email regarding the dispatch of your order and will inform you of the delivery date. All delivery information including a tracking number will be provided as well if your order is applicable. To ensure we can arrange delivery at a suitable day and time for you, it is essential that we have an up-to-date contact number. In addition, we cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address so please ensure that the delivery address is accurate before placing your order,

We also offer worldwide shipping - charges will be calculated on a per-transaction basis. For the most favourable shipping charges and appropriate advice on worldwide shipping, we advise you to contact us before making your purchase. This will give us a better overview of how to proceed with your delivery and calculate all costs.
